Inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if you see any damage or if the item is defective so that we can make it right. Your satisfaction is our number one priority! You have 15 days to examine your product and decide if you would like to return it.
Should you not be absolutely in love with your items and wish to return them, they must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at email@example.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to return your package. We are unable to accept returned items that were not previously requested.

When we receive your item back it will be promptly inspected and you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your banking institution to process and post the refund to you.
